The definition of therapy is talking. Sometimes in our everyday lives, issues present themselves that in our ordinary guise, we find difficult to deal with. The phrase "couldn't see the wood for the trees" is often described by clients and that's where therapy comes into play.

During therapy sessions, we will discuss the relevant issues affecting clients and we can help you dissect the issues, breaking them down in to "bite-size" chunks in order for them to be dealt with on a more manageable scale. We can also help clients understand why they act and react to situations the way they do. This will aid in the rectification of issues with positive change and furnish them with techniques to help with positive decision making for their future life.

All this is done on a collaborative basis to aid in the positive resolution of issues or unhelpful behaviour.
